The customer area allows both admins and users to access parts of their account to keep details up-to-date and download past invoices and sales orders. We also store all previous artwork on the server so that it's easily accessible at all times for repeat orders.
The customer list is integrated with gravatar and has an A-Z filter as well as the main search system.
Accessing the account dashboard give both users and admins access to all of their trading history and company details.
The default addresses are loaded into sales order and enquiries by default. You do however have the option of loading from the additional addresses below.
The additional information allows you to see your customer on a Google Map as well as store an unlimited amount of additional addresses.
The financial details tab allows admins to store hidden information as well as assign the user to another user's credit limit. Users can also add and remove cards on their account via this page.
On A Map
The area search function allows you to search your customer database by a particular postcode to see who else is near and how much they have spent in the last 2 years. This is a great feature that allows salespeople to book appointments with customers in an area all at the same time.
Customers also have full access to their past orders, and can download their previous invoices and artwork in PDF format.
