Additional Images Galleries

When processing supplier data we have traditionally used one image for each product colour and one main image for the product itself. Over the last few days we have been working on new image galleries that enable the inclusion of additional images.

We have also setup the alt text on these images to include alt text keywords taken from industry keywords and the product name and also the index/category in which it is placed. This means the extra ~50k images we are uploading add to your keyword optimisation and also keep your content fresh when alt text rotates.

You can also override our gallery images by uploading your own. If you upload any images our gallery will be replaced by yours. As well as additional angles and closeups we also have style shots and logoed products into the mix.

All images are served from our individual content delivery networks for optimum page load speed.
